HDC’s second European expo expedition to Amsterdam across land, air and sea has reached its conclusion. Team HDC are now all back safely at HDC HQ in the not-so-sunny-but-slightly-underwater Malvern. No men were left behind.
This year’s show has been a tremendous success for us, we had a bigger stand than ever before and a full compliment of staff from around the globe to support our brands; HDanywhere, Just Add Power and Kordz, including the UK, USA, Canada, Hong Kong and Australia. Turnout far exceeded expectations and was also higher than the year previous with over 1200 guests registering their interest in HDC products over the course of the exhibition. We have rebooked for ISE 2015, with an even bigger stand to match our growing ambitions as the only privately owned independent British company in our category.
We were kept very busy. Thank you for coming over to see us and thank you for your continued support.
Chris Pinder, HD Connectivity Managing Director, reveals the new 8×8 Modular chassis and demonstrates Modular’s future-proofed 4K capability. He also shows off Modular’s unique operating system, Web-OS and explains how its Command Centre works – enabling you to control and monitor your Modular unit from anywhere in the world!
Just Add Power
Just Add Power’s 2G platform evolves through regular (and free) software updates which are now called More Play™. Daniel Adams, our Technical Director, talks through some new additions found in v5.20, perfect for commercial applications, such as Real-Time HDMI Snapshot and JPEG Image Splash modes.
A notable difference to our stand was the addition of Kordz from Australia. David Meyer, Managing Director and world renowned HDMI expert was personally manning our stand (as well as giving the occasional CEDIA talk) whilst showing off their award-winning NEO-S3 HDMI upgrade kit – repeatedly described to us a ‘magical device’ as it upgradres any 1080p/60 HDMI cable in to a 4K UHD one.
